Introduction
At Sportenza Apparel Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. As most of our products are custom manufactured according to customer requirements, this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or order adjustments may be considered.
By placing an order with Sportenza Apparel, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Custom-Made Products
Most products manufactured by Sportenza Apparel are customized based on customer-approved designs, specifications, logos, measurements, colors, and branding requirements.
Due to the custom nature of these products, refunds or returns are generally not accepted once production has started.

Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, measurements, specifications, logos, and samples before production begins.
Sportenza Apparel is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer before manufacturing.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Incorrect product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Significant deviation from approved specifications
• Order not delivered due to an error caused by Sportenza Apparel
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Customer-approved design errors
• Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
• Minor color variations
• Normal manufacturing tolerances
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
• Change of mind after production has started
Replacement Policy
If a manufacturing defect or production error is confirmed, Sportenza Apparel may offer:
• Product Replacement
• Partial Refund
• Store Credit
The appropriate solution will be determined after reviewing the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If products arrive damaged during shipping, customers must notify us immediately and provide supporting photographs.
We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and assist where possible.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted due to material, labor, and production costs already incurred.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider policies and banking procedures.
